All the detailed instructions are on our Place Your Order page. Essentially, you will shop on www.ikea.com and make a list of the items you want to buy. Second, you will go to our Place Your Order page and fill out your contact information along with any special instructions, and then input your items into our order form - or - if you prefer, you may email your items to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receipt we will send you your "IKEA® Shopping List" for verification, along with a quote and invoice. Once you have verified and accepted the order you will pay the invoice and we will send you an estimated delivery date and receipt.
How do I pay for my purchase?
After submitting your order and shipping preferences, we will send you a personalized invoice through PayPal. You will pay for your order through PayPal. (Note: PayPal is a secure site and accepts all major credits cards or debit cards. You do not need a PayPal account in order to process.) Once payment is received, we then process your order.

What happens if my purchase is out-of-stock or short when you pull my order at IKEA®?
If any part of an order is out-of-stock, Swedish Home Dash & Delivery will pick those items up on our next trip to IKEA® unless you request to cancel that part of the order.
What are my pick-up and delivery options?
We want your experience with Swedish Home Dash & Delivery to be a convenient and money saving, therefore, we provide several options for deliver and savings. You can pick-up your order from our location in Chesterfield on specific days or have your items delivered straight to your door - whichever is more convenient for you
If you aren't the assembling type, we can also assemble your purchase for you.
What do I do if I find out my merchandise is damaged once I take it out of its box?
No worries. If you realize your item is damaged, please call or e-mail us within 3 days so we can review options. We will return the damaged piece(s) on our next trip to IKEA® and will exchange them for new ones at no additional cost to you. We perform exchanges per IKEA's exchange policy.
